environments without needing to purchase, build or maintain the full infrastructure themselves.
From mobile cold rooms and full mobile extraction setups to freeze dryer tray rentals, our solutions are designed to
support better workflow, temperature control and consistency throughout the extraction process.

Full Extraction Setup Trailer
This service is designed for processors who want access to a structured solventless extraction environment without needing to purchase or maintain the full infrastructure themselves.
A complete mobile cold-room extraction setup including cold-room trailer (1.5 m x 2.4 m), up to 4 machines, table, pump, JoJo tanks, wash buckets and supporting equipment.
This setup allows for processing of up to 50 kg fresh frozen material per day (+/- 8 kg per run).
Excludes washing bags, ice, water and electricity.

Freeze Dryer Tray Rentals
FullMelt Filtration has invested in one of the top freeze dryers on the market, the Xiros Mikro Freeze Dryer by Holland Green Science, so you don’t have to.
We offer tray rentals for customers working with freeze drying as part of their post-processing workflow.
How It Works
- Book and pay for the number of trays required.
- Collect the freeze dryer tray or trays.
- Fill the trays with your material.
- Freeze the filled trays.
- Bring the trays to FullMelt Filtration while frozen. A cooler box with ice blocks should suffice depending on distance travelled.
- The trays are placed into the freeze dryer.
- Collect your dried product once ready, usually within 18–24 hours.
Due to regular ongoing demand, we ask that you do not keep the trays for more than the days you require.

While machines may not be held in stock, we can assist customers in sourcing the right equipment for their setup and production goals.
